WHO WE ARE
John Gunby - Managing Director
John has over 35 years of experience from the grass roots up.
He started his career as site foreman for Macob Southern and progressed to a Contracts Manager for Mathews Civil Engineering.
Subsequently starting up NVL Building Solutions Ltd.
Lee Gunby - Director
Lee is our Director and oversees and runs all the day to day contracts.
Over the last 15 years Lee has worked his way up from groundworker to site ganger and site foreman, acquiring his engineering along the way.
Michael Lewry
Michael was one of the founding members of the company and here he is directing right up to his 80th birthday.
Sadly he is no long with us but his legacy lives on in the firm.

Jubillee 77 Football Club
In 1977 at the Gordon Arms Public House in Gordon Road Fareham, a group of locals decided to start a youth football team so that their sons could play football together. On that day Jubilee 77 Youth football Club was born. Taking its name from the Queens Silver Jubilee of that year, the club although taking many twists and turns through the years is still going today.
Jubilee 77 has grown to become a Hampshire FA Charter Standard Football Club based in Fareham Town offering football and fun for boys from ages 4 to 16 and girls from ages 4 to 12. 38 years on and Jubilee 77 YFC offers children from the Fareham and surrounding areas the chance to play for a team in the Sunday Portsmouth Youth Football League in a span of ages groups from U7 to U15.

Long Acres Garden Centre have worked with NVL on a number of projects over the past 8 years. With an expanding operation at our head office and new acquisitions across the south east, NVL have helped us to realise the potential of each site and provided us the foundation with which to grow.
With works ranging from block paving, access roads, re-surfacing, foundations, retaining walls, ducting and warehouse building, NVL have helped to ensure that all our projects run smoothly, with constant support on site and expert guidance from project planning through to completion.
Longacres Garden Centres are proud to have won the Horticultural Trade Association Best Redevelopment Award 2 times, with our sites at Shepperton and Ashford. Without the support of NVL and the work undertaken this success would not have been possible.
NVL forms part of our key contractor group and we look forward to working with the team on many more projects in the future.
